You may also resolve account issues and answer sensitive questions.
A pleasant attitude is of utmost importance – you represent the company so how you deal with THEIR customers reflects upon them. Additionally, you have to have a thick skin. Don’t take it personally if the customer is upset. And by all means, don’t ever raise your voice to a customer.
The average pay is between $8.00 and $15.00 per hour, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. This is actually a decent way to make a living, if you ask me.
